1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WOW Avatars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported OAuth provider (Google or X/Twitter). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Credits and Payments

Free Credits: New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.

Purchased Credits: Additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider (PayPal). All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when generating avatars. The number of credits required depends on the quality tier you select.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that violate any laws or rights of others
  • Upload images containing explicit, violent, or illegal content
  • Upload images of minors without proper consent
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Your Content and Generated Avatars

Ownership: You retain all rights to the images you upload. You own the generated avatars created from your images.

License to Us: By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and generate avatars from any images you submit.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
